The Girl

Dear Doctor,

I have a physically mature 11 year old daughter.

She wants to get her eyebrows waxed, and I am against her doing so. When is it appropriate for a young girl to start grooming her eyebrows?

The Girl Friend

Dear Doctor,

On Valentine’s Day I gave a girl some flowers and a gift.

She told everyone she loved it, but then she said we could only be friends. I had wanted to be more than friends. I still want to go out with her but do not know how to make it happen.
